Promoting Participatory in Local Governance Portal Asian NGO Coalition The Third Country Training Program (TCTP) on Building Capacities of Asian NGOs in Poverty Reduction through Community Actions focusing on Promoting Participatory Local Governance for Rural Development was conducted from August 27 to September 15, 2006 at the Innotech Centre, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines.   Twenty-five participants from Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam took part in the internship training program to gain technical knowledge and skills in participatory local governance.
