In 2015, land and forests continued to become an instrument of commerce rather than the basis for feeding the populace, but ANGOC resounded the call for “Keeping Food Security at the Core of Land Governance.” Through this 2015 Annual Report, ANGOC highlights initiatives such as the cross-country Land Watch Asia (LWA) campaign, through which ANGOC and its partner networks proposed and monitored 18 policies that promote and protect smallholder rights to land.
